DNS Request Form for AT&T DSL Customers

AT&T DSL customers, please complete the form below for DNS requests. This information will be used by the DNS Administrators at AT&T Internet Services to process your specific DNS needs. The DNS Team will send an email confirmation when the request has been completed or with follow-up questions. Only customers with Static IPs are supported. Customers who wish to upgrade to Static service may do so by calling the AT&T sales department.

NOTE: If you are not an AT&T DSL customer, or if AT&T Is not authoratative for your Zone, please refer to the bottom of this page for additional contact information.(ex: T1, Bellsouth, Uverse, and Webhosting customers)

There is a $50 charge per domain name for change requests made on an existing domain name, after the initial DNS request. There is a $100 charge for adding an additional domain name.

The authoritative Name Servers currently update hourly. The ns1 servers reload 15 minutes after the hour. The ns2 servers reload 45 minutes after the hour.
